1.Open the bottom plate to check the wiring of the engine , connect thefuel tank pipe , and install the three No 5 batteries to close the bottomplate

Precautions
1.If the ignition device is normal and the cylinder is under normalcompression , if the machine still does not start normally , it is very likelythat the carburetor needle should be adjusted
2.Screw the screw on the top of the carburetor , then loosen 1 / 4 turn , startthe flywheel , This can be done several times to make the mixing ratio ofuff09
